All damages & shortages MUST BE reported within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. All Qualified returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). All items are warranted by the manufacturer only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
