Mallory 9-26000 Marine Electronic Ignition Kit, *NEW*, Mallory Magnetic Breakerless Electronic Ignition Kit for most V-8 Chevy's (GM) engines, 5.0, 5.7 and 7.4-Liter. Kit is supplied with new complete distributor, high output (chrome) coil and spark plug ignition wire set. (Uses "YLM" series distributor with centrifugal/mechanical advance). (NOTE: DO NOT USE IN LATE MODEL RH-VORTEC engines). Note: MUST USE A BALLAST RESISTOR (MAL9-29900) or engine must be equipped with a Resistance Feed Wire. Voltage at coil 9.5-Volts during start mode.
