New Cast Iron Cylinder Head Sierra # 18-4489 for 2.5-Liter & 181 cu.in. (3.0-Liter) Mercruiser, OMC and others. 1968 thru 1995. (NON-VORTEC) casting #'s 954, 748, 950, 758, 087, 852 and 531.
Hardened Steel Exhaust Seats, Threaded Rocker Studs. Assembled with Stainless Steel Valves, seals and springs.
Note: Engines made between 1968-1982 use manifold to head gasket part # CHV-47-0120 (1968-1982), Engines made between 1983-1995 use manifold to head gasket # 18-1204 (1983-1995).

Remanufactured Marine Cylinder Heads
These Remanufactured Marine Heads by FirstMate Marine are fully disassembled then baked clean and shot blasted. Surfaces are milled flat and then 100% magnetic particle inspected, valve seats recieve a three angle cut and all guides are replaced. Every valve and seat are then vacuum tested for a perfect seal. Call with your casting number handy for an exact replacement. Casting numbers are raised #'s located directly on top of head and are easily viewed when valve cover is removed.
