The Ideal Chemical Bonding Agent
Non-Sanding Primer 1266 is intended for application directly to new fiberglass hulls in place of sanding prior to applying antifouling paint to the bottom of a vessel when the boat manufacturer prohibits sanding. This is a chemical bonding product that remains permanently tacky and is a good adhesion promoter.
