SeaStar Solutions HC5323-3 Hynautic Universal Mount Inboard Cylinder.
These balanced cylinders are double rod ended. Every cylinder is equipped with a swivel joint at each end. One provides for a fixed mount attachment point at the end of the housing to protect the moving rod. The other swivel joint, located at the rod end, allows for free movement of the cylinder without binding when attached to the rudder arm.
