Sierra 18-2322 Intermediate shift shaft in the upper gear housing. Replaces Mercruiser # 621041. Lower end has a spline connector to connect to the shift shaft in the lower gear case. If needed, order replacement washer, # MER1232666 and cotter pin # 18-3740
