Note: Note: 3.7 liter engines are unique in the method the oil pump drive shaft is mated to the distributor. In order to install this distributor, you will need to re-use your oil pump drive shaft and spring. It is a simple operation. Using a pin punch, remove the distributor gear roll pin from your original distributor, remove the oil pump drive shaft and spring install onto the new Sierra distributor.
