Sierra 18-5498-1 Reverse Rotation Electronic Distributor, GM (Chevy) V-8 Vortec 5.0-Liter and 5.7-Liter RH Engine Rotation. Will only fit NEWER, VORTEC Right Hand rotation engines. Mallory YLM series electronic distributor. Will not fit older PRE-Vortec V-8 GM engines and, 348, 409 and tall deck big blocks.
