Volvo Penta 24389714 Coolant VCS-2 Orange - Ready Mix.
PREMIXED 40/60 - PRE-DILUTED, DO NOT ADD WATER - The coolant is mixable with VCS Coolant (yellow)
A high performance coolant (OAT) specially formulated for newer generations of Volvo Penta engines. The benefits of Volvo Penta Coolant VCS is it prevents freezing and overheating, maximum protection against corrosion, cavitation, and build-up, prevents internal engine component degradation, optimizing engine life with a four year change interval. Using a 15 PSI pressure cap freezing down to -9° | -23°C and boiling up to 223°F | 106°C. Meets ASTM D-3306 standards.
It has an improved coolant-oxidation stability, less metal corrosion and better rubber/plastic compatibility. The inhibitors in VCS-2 are free from 2-EHA and meet stricter regulatory requirements on the removal of toxic components in coolants to improve health and environment.
