Racor AF M82006 Air Filter Cleaning Kit.

This kit is needed for Washing and Re-oiling Racor Cleanable air filters. Racor cleanable air filter elements require cleaning only when dirt build-up is noticable or when the restriction indicator service is required.

    • CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Tap element to remove excess dirt
  • Spray air filter cleaner element while rotating to assure complete coverage
  • Allow to soak for 10 minutes
  • Rinse element with low pressure water from clean side to dirt side
  • Shake element to remove excess water
  • Allow element to dry completely before using

    • AIR FILTER OILING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Verify element is clean and dry
  • Hold can 4 inches away and spray with one pass around element
  • Let element stand for 10 minutes to allow oil to migrate through the element and completely cover the pleats
  • DO NOT OVER SPRAY THE ELEMENT
